JUSTICE CHAKRADHARI SHARAN SINGH ORAL ORDER 27-02-2018 In view of observation made by this Court in order dated 20.02.2018, Mr. Girijesh Kumar, learned counsel for the Bihar School Examination Board has produced before me a communication from which it appears that the Bihar School Examination Board is having a grievance redressal system being looked after by two Additional Secretary-rank Officers, designated as Public Grievance Redressal Officer, one for the secondary and other for senior secondary level. It is also mentioned in the said communication that the decision is likely to be taken by the Board to make an online grievance Redressal System functional within two months.

The only observation at this stage, the Court would like to make is that the Board should give due publicity of the redressal

Patna High Court CWJC No.19359 of 2017(3) dt.27-02-2018 2/2 mechanism which the Board is having so that the person(s) aggrieved may approach at the right place.

No further order need to be passed.
