1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.

2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 25(1-b)a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is a person with clean antecedent and the informant alleges that Rishu was caught and from his possession, a loaded country made pistol along with three live cartridges were recovered and he disclosed the name of the petitioner who fled.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner was not arrested from the spot as such nothing was recovered from his conscious possession and he came to be

It is next submitted that since petitioner is known to Rishu, as such, he falsely implicated him when petitioner is a student and is pursuing his B.Sc (Hons.) from Bhupendra Narayan Mandal University, Laloo Nagar, Madhepura. It is next submitted that petitioner is a young boy aged 21 years and in the nature of allegation, if petitioner is sent to judicial custody, his entire career would get jeopardized and chances are bright that he may come in contact with hardened criminals.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner above-named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned trial court within a period of six weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned trial court where the case is pending/successor court in connection with Singheshwar P.S. Case No. 122 of 2025 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 482 (2) of BNSS.

7. One of the bailors of the petitioner shall be his father namely Shashi Shekhar Yadav @ Shashi Shekhar Kumar.

8. Accordingly, the instant anticipatory bail application is allowed.
