JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 25-07-2018 Earlier prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected by this Court vide order dated 8.8.2017 passed in Cr.Misc.No.35704 of 2017 and allegation of commission of rape upon the informant is against the petitioner.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is trial court was directed to conclude the trial within a period of seven months. However, report of trial court shows that the case has been committed to the court of sessions on 16.4.2018 and there is no much progress in the trial.

Heard learned APP and learned counsel for the informant, who has disclosed that one witness has been examined in this case.

However, learned trial court is directed to expedite the trial and try to conclude it within a further period of seven months. With the above observation, this application is dismissed.
