Patna High Court CWJC No.18618 of 2019(3) dt.15-12-2022 2/3 the nature of writ of certiorari for quashing the Advertisement published in Hindi Daily Newspaper "Hindustan" dated 20th April, 2019 by East Central Railway (Annexure-1) for appointment of Halt Contractors in the different Rail sections in Bihar as fresh without any prior notice to the petitioner who is already working as Halt Contractor of Sohsarai halt railway station since 2006 and thereafter on provided terms and conditions. The petitioner as Halt contractor is fetching good results for Railway for which petitioner has been rewarded in so many words by the higher railway authorities.

And further for issuance of writ in the nature of writ of mandamus directing respondent authorities to consider the service rendered by the petitioner while considering the Tenders in the following facts and circumstances of the case.

And further for issuance of any other appropriate writ, order or direction which this Hon'ble Court may deem fit in the facts and circumstances of this case."

Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition reserving liberty to file a fresh petition, on the same and subsequent cause of action, placing on record better particulars and materials, and if so required, impleading certain private parties as respondents.
