2. In this case, the petitioner is seeking regular bail in connection with Special Excise Case No. 2792 of 2024 arising out of Excise Paliganj P.S. Case No. 789 of 2024, registered for the offences punishable under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act 2016 as Amendment Act 2022.

3. As per allegation, total 50 liters of illicit country made liquor was recovered from polythene bag from the possession of the petitioner.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. Nothing has been recovered from the conscious

5. On the other hand, learned APP for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, the petitioner, above-named be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Special Excise Judge, Danapur, District- Patna in connection with Special Excise Case No. 2792 of 2024 arising out of Excise Paliganj P.S. Case No. 789 of 2024, subject to the following condition that the petitioner shall cooperate in the disposal of trial and make himself available as and when required by the court.
