After some arguments, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners requests for disposal of this writ application with a direction to the District Magistrate, Muzaffarpur (Respondent No. 6) to dispose of the representations filed by the petitioners, which is pending before him, dated 30.09.2022 (Annexure-5 to the writ application) and

Patna High Court CWJC No.14495 of 2023(2) dt.11-01-2024 2/2 dated 07.09.2023 (Annexure-6 to the writ application).

In view of the limited prayer made on behalf of the petitioners, this writ application is disposed of with a direction to the District Magistrate, Muzaffarpur (Respondent No. 6) to dispose of the representations dated 30.09.2022 and 07.09.2023 (Annexures- 5 & 6 to the writ application), which is said to have been filed by the petitioners, in accordance with law, after hearing the parties, preferably within a period of six months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
