2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Chiraiya P.S. Case No. 250 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 272, 273, 414 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Amendment Act, 2018.
3. As per the prosecution case, 90 litres of illicit liquor has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 29.05.2023 having clean antecedent and there is recovery of 90 litres of illicit liquor from the possession of the petitioner. Learned counsel further submits that he has no concern with the seized liquor.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.
Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Exclusive Special Excise Court No. 1, East Champaran, Motihari in connection with Chiraiya P.S.
