Petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Fatehpur PS Case No.379 of 2017, registered under Sections 302, 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is no eye witness in the case, petitioner has been implicated merely on the basis of the confessional statement of Ranju Devi, there is no motive for killing the deceased rather Ranju Devi had illicit affair with one Subodh Paswan and not with the petitioner and this petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances, petitioner Pankaj Paswan @ Pano is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten
