Petitioner is in custody in connection with Ghorasahan (Jitna) P.S. Case No. 199 of 2017 for the offence under sections 341, 323, 324, 307 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent. The informant of this case is daughter of the petitioner. The informant has filed the present case as a counter blast of the previous case lodged by the petitioner levelling allegation of kidnapping of his daughter (informant of this case) and the present case is designed to put pressure on the petitioner to compromise the case lodged at the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.22352 of 2018(3) dt.17-05-2018 2/2 instance of the petitioner for kidnapping against the husband of the informant.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that father and grand-father of the informant were made accused and the grand-father was granted bail by the court below. In view of the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Sikrahna, Dhaka, East Champaran, in connection with Ghorasahan (Jitna) P.S. Case No. 199 of 2017, G.R. Case No. 518 of 2017 on the condition that bailors should be family members of the petitioner.
