JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH) 22-06-2022 In view of the show cause submitted on behalf of the opposite parties especially, Annexure-B to the show cause, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the present application. He submitted that though he has challenged the order as contained in Annexure-B to the show cause passed by the District Magistrate, Patna in appeal before the learned Commissioner, Patna Division about more than two years ago, the appeal has not been disposed of till date.

It is needless to say that in case the appeal on behalf of the petitioner challenging the order dated 29.08.2019 passed by the District Magistrate, Patna is pending before the Commissioner, Patna Division, he shall be required to dispose of the same as early as possible, preferably within a period of four months from the date of filing of a certified copy of the order passed in the present case before the learned Commissioner.
