2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Barachatti P.S. Case No. 119 of 2019 registered for the offence punishable under Section 396 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 25(1-b)a/26 /35 of the Arms Act.

3. In a dacoity one Kaillu Singh was killed and one of the dacoit namely, Kamlesh Singh was caught on the spot. The petitioner's name has come in the confession of Kamlesh Singh. The petitioner is in jail since 17.05.2023.

4. Since the petitioner is involved in a case of dacoity with murder, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

5. Accordingly, this application stands dismissed.
