JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 21-06-2018 Petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Sahebganj P.S.Case No. 49 of 2018 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 448, 308, 504, 506, 354 and 379 of the Indian Penal Code.
Allegation against the petitioners is that they along with 15-20 persons in drunken condition came and assaulted the informant and others.
Submission of learned counsel for the petitioners is that there is case and counter case between the parties and material came during investigation shows that it is a case of free fight between the parties.

No.22100 of 2018 (3) dt.21-06-2018 2/2 Having heard both sides and in the facts and circumstances, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the SubJudge-cum-A.C.J.M.-I, West Muzaffarpur, in connection with Sahebganj P.S.Case No. 49 of 2018, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure and further condition is that one of the bailors shall be a local person having sufficient immoveable properties within the jurisdiction of the court concerned.
