Vide order dated 02.01.2023, the matter was referred to the Mediation Centre, Patna High Court, Patna. Perused the Mediator's Report at Flag 'M'.

The learned Mediator has reported that the disputes between the parties have been resolved through the process of mediation.

Considering the facts aforesaid, let petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today, be

No.63780 of 2022(3) dt.17-02-2023 2/2 enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st, Bettiah in connection with Bettiah Mahila P.S. Case No.25 of 2020, subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.

However, it is made clear that if the terms of settlement is not complied with by the petitioner, the O.P. No.2 would be at liberty to move for cancellation of bail bond of the petitioner.
