2. Petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Amarpur (Fullidumar) P.S. Case No. 357 of 2016 dated 15.08.2016 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 302 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.
3. The main submissions advanced by the petitioner's counsel are that the FIR has been registered against 21 named accused persons including the petitioner, the main allegation of causing firearm injury to the informant's father-in-law by using gun is specific against the co-accused persons namely Anil Panjiyara, Nabal Panjiyara, Dilip Panjiyara and Jagdambi Panjiyara and any specific role of this petitioner in alleged occurrence has not been revealed and he is simply alleged to be a member of the alleged unlawful assembly. It is further submitted that the petitioner has been languishing in jail since 17.5.2025 and
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.64359 of 2025(2) dt.10-09-2025 2/2 several co-accused persons namely Subodh Yadav, Fuska Yadav, Amit Yadav, Suraj Panjiara, Nandu Panjiara and Julmi Panjiara @Julum Panjiara @ Julum, Sintu Yadav @ Santu Yadav have already been granted bail by the co-ordinate benches of this Court vide orders dated 20.03.2017, 28.02.2018 & 29.04.20219 passed in Cr. Misc. Nos. 11686/2017, 12275/2018 & 7548 of 2019 respectively.
4. Learned APP appearing for the State has opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner.

Considering the aforesaid submissions advanced by the petitioner's counsel and mainly the fact that in the FIR there is no specific allegation against this petitioner and several similarly situated co-accused persons have already been granted bail and also taking into account petitioner's custody period and completion of investigation against him, this court is inclined to release him on bail. Accordingly, let the petitioner named-above be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the concerned Court in connection with Amarpur (Fullidumar) P.S. Case No. 357 of 2016.
