Petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Desari (Sahdei O.P.) P.S. Case No.237 of 2017, registered under Sections 366(A) and 120(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation in brief is that informant's daughter was enticed away by one Naresh Kumar Singh in association with his friends and family members.

Submission of the counsel for the petitioner is that there is no eye-witness, the allegation of enticing away is against Naresh Kumar Singh and not against this petitioner and the petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Having considered the said facts and circumstances,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.63508 of 2017 (3) dt.19-01-2018 2 /2 petitioner Om Prakash Kumar is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub Judge-IIIrd A.C.J.M.-IInd, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Desari (Sahdei O.P.)
