JUSTICE NAWNEET KUMAR PANDEY ORAL ORDER 19-01-2024 The earlier bail petition of the petitioner was rejected vide order dated 20.04.2023 in Cr. Misc. No. 68927 of 2022 and 69729 of 2022 as both the cases were heard together.

2. There was allegation against the petitioner that he was involved in cyber crime. While rejecting the bail petition, it was observed that he is involved in seven cases of similar nature.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that nothing was recovered from his possession.

4. The records itself show that the petitioner has a very strong criminal antecedents of cases of similar nature.

5. I do not see any reason to reconsider earlier order. Accordingly, it is rejected.
