2. Learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to make necessary correction in paragraph no. 1 of the petition.

3. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Piprahi P.S. Case No. 235 of 2022 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise (Amendment) Act, 2018.

4. As per the persecution case, 418 litres of illicit liquor has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner.

5. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case. Nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. The petitioner is in jail since

6. Learned APP appearing for the State opposes the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

7. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Exclusive Special Judge Excise, Sheohar in connection with Piprahi P.S. Case No. 235 of 2022.

8. The petitioner will also mark attendance in Piprahi Police Station, Sheohar on the 1st and 3rd Sunday of each month. Any default in appearance at the Police Station would be result in cancellation of bail bonds of the petitioner. (Sandeep Kumar, J) P. Kumar U T
