2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that pursuant to order dated 02.04.2026, passed by this Court. The District Compassionate Appointment Committee, Vaishali in its meeting dated 28.04.2026 has taken a decision to appoint the petitioner on the post of School Clerk and she has already given her joining on 06.05.2026.

3. It has been stated by the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State that a supplementary counter affidavit has been filed on behalf of respondents no. 4 and 6 on 30.04.2026,

Patna High Court CWJC No.14279 of 2023(6) dt.07-05-2026 2/2 but the same is not on record. However, from Annexure R/1 to the said supplementary counter affidavit, the decision of the District Compassionate Appointment Committee has been brought on record.
