The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Begusarai Muffasil P.S. Case No. 195 of 2019, registered under Section 304 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. Further submission is that there is no specific allegation against the petitioner and specific allegation has been levelled against Dr. Ajay Kumar. The petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Having considered the above facts and circumstances of the case, let the above-named petitioner be released on bail,

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.63101 of 2019(2) dt.18-10-2019 2/2 in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai in connection with Begusarai Muffasil P.S. Case No. 195 of 2019 subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
