JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 25-06-2018 Heard learned counsels for the petitioners and the State. The petitioners, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Madhubani Town P.S.Case No. 247 of 2017 registered under Section 379 of the Indian penal Code. Submission is that earlier on the confessional statement, petitioners have been made accused in this case that too was not voluntary statement and nothing has been recovered from their possession and they have been in custody for last 07 months approximately.

Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the petitioners, namely, Prince Kumar @ Prinyans Kumar, Rishi Kumar @ Rishe @ Guddu Kumar @ Guddu, and Suraj Kumar

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.23579 of 2018(4) dt.25-06-2018 2/2 Sah @ Suraj Sah, are directed to be released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned CJM, Madhubani in connection with Madhubani Town P.S. Case No. 247 of 2017.
