2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Bajpatti P.S. Case No. 25 of 2024 lodged dated 27.01.2024 under Sections 366A and 34 of the I.P.C.

3. As per the prosecution case, the F.I.R. has been lodged against eight named accused persons including the petitioner against whom allegation of kidnapping of the informant's daughter.

4. Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. He submits that the alleged victim has been recovered and in her statement under section 164 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, she has

5. Learned Counsel further submits that petitioner is in custody since 22.02.2024 having clean antecedent.

6. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for bail and submits that it is true that the victim has been recovered and she has disclosed her statement that the petitioner has taken her away to Delhi where he kept her in room for 10 days.

7. In the present facts and circumstances of this case and the submissions made above, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Therefore, the bail application of the petitioner is hereby rejected.
