1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1(i) That the instant writ application is being filed for issuance of an appropriate writ/writs,order/orders, direction/directions in the nature of certiorari for directing and commanding the respondents authorities to cancel the appointment of respondent no.6 i.e.
Madhuri Devi who got appointed on basis of forged documents.
(ii) For issuance of writ in the nature of
Patna High Court CWJC No.16434 of 2022(2) dt.05-04-2024 2/2 mandamus to set aside the order dated 06.09.2018 passed by the appellate authority i.e. District Programme Officer."
2. At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to avail such other alternative remedies as are otherwise available under the law, including that of filing a civil suit before the learned Civil Court having competent jurisdiction, for redressal of her aforesaid grievances. Liberty so sought is granted.
