JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 21-06-2018 Earlier prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected by this Court vide order dated 04.04.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 10291 of 2017 on merit.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that charge has been framed in this case and no substantial progress has been made in the trial.

Heard learned A.P.P and from perusal of the report it appears that the case is fixed for evidence and the learned trail court has assured that the trail will be concluded within a period of six months.

In such view of the matter, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, however, the trial be expedited and be concluded within a period of six months from the date of receipt of this order With the above observation, this application is dismissed. (Vinod Kumar Sinha, J) Priyanka/SrikantU T
