Petitioner, already in custody since 07.01.2018, seeks bail in connection with Taraiya PS Case No.341 of 2017, registered under Sections 395 and 397 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation in brief is that unknown miscreants committed dacoity in the house of the informant and looted money and other articles including the mobile and one of the looted mobiles was recovered from possession of the petitioner. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the mobile was purchased by the petitioner from someone and he has no criminal antecedent; whereas the learned counsel for the State submits that there is recovery of looted mobile from petitioner's possession and he has not disclosed from whom he

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.15653 of 2018(3) dt.11-05-2018 2/2 has purchased the mobile.

Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances especially recovery of the looted mobile, prayer of bail of the petitioner is rejected in connection with Taraiya PS Case No.341 of 2017, pending in the court of learned CJM, Saran, Chapra, however the petitioner may renew prayer of bail after six months.
