2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Agrer P.S. Case No. 03 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 399 and 402 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 25(1-b)a/26 of the Arms Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, two country made pistols and nine live cartridges have been recovered from the petitioner who along with other criminals was planning a loot.

4. It has been contended by the petitioner that the petitioner has been arrested from his in-laws house (sasural) and it is not expected that the petitioner will be involved in such a crime in sasural. The petitioner is in custody since

5. Learned APP appearing for the State opposes the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned S.D.J.M., Rohtas at Sasaram in connection with Agrer P.S. Case No. 03 of 2023.

7. The petitioner will also mark attendance in Agrer Police Station, Rohtas at Sasaram on the first Sunday of each month. Any default in appearance at the Police Station would be result in cancellation of bail bonds of the petitioner. (Sandeep Kumar, J) P. Kumar U T
