Petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Sigori PS Case No.72 of 2012 (G.R. No.2337/12), registered under Sections 304(B), 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation in brief is that the daughter of the informant, the wife of the petitioner, is suspected to have been killed for non-fulfillment of dowry demand as she is not found in the house of in-laws.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that two days prior to the institution of the case, information was given to the police that the petitioner's wife disappeared from the house. It is also submitted that the lady has still not been recovered nor

Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances, petitioner Arbind Bind is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned ACJM-V, Danapur, Patna in connection with Sigori PS Case No.72 of 2012.
