Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

As per prosecution case, 432 litres country made liquor has been recovered near a canal.

Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. No incriminating material has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner and he is in no way connected with the aforesaid recovery. Petitioner has got no criminal antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.65586 of 2022(2) dt.16-12-2022 2/2 the above named petitioner in the event of his arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of thirty days from the date of receipt/production of copy of this order, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional District Judge-V, Siwan in Raghunathpur P.
