08-05-2018 Heard Sri Rajani Kant Pandey, learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Addl. Public Prosecutor. Two petitioners, who are in custody since 07-02-2018 having clean antecedent, have prayed for grant of bail in Mohania P.S. Case No. 52 of 2018 registered for offence under Sections 30(a)/38 of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. Considering the nature of accusation, clean antecedent and period of custody, let both petitioners namely Saddam Faruki @ Bhuar Paintar and Sonu Ahmed @ Sonu Ahamd be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge cum Addl.
