====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 08-12-2025 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.
2. Petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Belaganj P. S. Case No. 622 of 2023 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302, 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. It is alleged by informant that on 14.09.2023 (evening), co-accused Ashok Kumar with unknown persons came to her house and carried her husband on motorcycle and on the next morning, the dead-body of her husband was found in a bush.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. and his name transpired during course of investigation. It is further submitted that co-

No.64999 of 2025(3) dt.08-12-2025 2/2 accused Chandan Kumar, having similar and identical allegation, has already been granted regular bail by this Court vide order dated 22.08.2025 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 44410 of 2025. Petitioner claims clean antecedent and is in custody since 10.03.2025.
5. However, learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposed the bail application.
6. Considering the nature of accusation, clean antecedent and period of custody, this bail application is allowed. The petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gaya in connection with Belaganj P. S. Case No. 622 of 2023.
