Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 392,411 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner was apprehended at the spot when he was committing robbery against the informant. Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. He is in custody since 21.04.2017. Informant has been examined as P.W.1 during trial. However, he did not identify the petitioner during trial.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.10410 of 2018 (4) dt.23-04-2018 bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Farbisganj Police Station Case No.268 of 2017, G.R.No.1389 of 2017, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
