2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Complaint Case No. 34 of 2018, registered for offence punishable under sections 420/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Allegedly, the petitioner's son, namely, Deepak Kumar took money from the complainant and his brothers for providing jobs to them. When the job was not provided to them, the complainant demanded his money whereupon the petitioner's son gave a cheque, which was bounced due to insufficient fund.

4. Mr. Thakur, learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is a lady and she has falsely been implicated in this case merely because she is mother of coaccused Deepak Kumar. He has also submitted that the petitioner is a lady of clean antecedent except one case of section 498A of the IPC and 3/4 D.P. Act, in which she is on bail.

5. On the other hand, the learned APP has opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, the petitioner above-named, in the event of his arrest or surrender, within four weeks from today, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Gaya in connection with Complaint Case No. 34 of 2018, subject to condition as laid down under section 438(2) Cr. P.C.
