The petitioners apprehend their arrest in Complaint Case No.1634C/2018, for the offences allegedly committed by the petitioners under Sections 498A of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act. The complainant made allegation of demand of dowry and torture against her husband and other in laws. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have no manner of concern with the family affairs of the complainant and her husband. No specific allegation is made

Taking into consideration the facts and nature of allegations made against the petitioners and the fact that the petitioners are mother-in-law and sister-in-law of the complainant, let petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of the order, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Araria in connection with Complaint Case No.1634C/2018, subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
