JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR JHA ORAL ORDER 15-09-2025 After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner would be satisfied if her representation to the Superintendent of Police, Bhojpur at Ara (Annexure-P/2) is disposed of and the life and property of the petitioner is protected.

02. In the light of submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, the Superintendent of Police, Bhojpur at Ara is directed to personally look into the matter on the representation of the petitioner and take appropriate steps for protection of life and property of the petitioner.

03. After action taken by the Superintendent of Police, Bhojpur at Ara, if the petitioner is not satisfied, she is at liberty to take recourse of law before the appropriate forum in appropriate proceeding.

04. With the aforesaid observation, the present criminal writ petition stands disposed of.
