Petitioners apprehend their arrest in Bihta P.S. Case No.232 of 2019 registered under Section 307 and other minor sections of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant named the petitioners and other accused persons and alleged that they all having armed with different weapons came to his door and assaulted his father with lathi and iron rod.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that prior to institution of the present case, Purnima Devi (wife of Bhagwan Das) lodged Bihta P.S. Case No.218 of 2019 on

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.62676 of 2019(2) dt.18-10-2019 2/2 24.02.2019. Bhagwan Das got grievous injury on assault made by the informant and others. Suryadeo Paswan (father of the informant) received lacerated wound which is superficial and simple in nature.

Having considered the facts that prior to institution of the present case, from the side of the petitioners, Bihta P.S. Case No.218 of 2019 was registered in which Bhagwan Das (petitioner no.1) received injuries, the above named petitioners, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M., 1st, Danapur, Patna in connection with Bihta P.S. Case No.232 of 2019, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
