The present application has been filed for modification of order dated 11.07.2022, passed in Cr. Misc. No.58969 of 2021 to the extent of extending the period of surrender. On the grounds mentioned in the modification application and in the interest of justice, the period to surrender is extended by six weeks from today in connection with Fatuha P.S. Case No.36 of 2021, pending in the court of learned A.C.J.M., Patna City, Patna, subject to deposit of Rs.2000/- (Rs. Two Thousand) in the Victim Compensation Fund, Bihar.

The order dated 11.07.2022 is modified to the extent as

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.18751 of 2023(2) dt.29-03-2023 2/2 indicated above.

Accordingly, this modification application stands allowed and disposed of.
