JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 25-04-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Earlier, the prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected. The trial court vide its letter no. 46 dated 17.04.2018 has reported that the trail of the petitioner is pending for argument. In view of the aforesaid facts and circumstance as well as submission of the parties, again I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail and hence, his prayer for bail in connection with Parsa P.S.Case No.152 of 2014, Session trial no. 386 of 2015, pending in the court of learned Additional Sessions Judge, VIIIth, Saran, Chapra stands rejected.

However, the concerned court is directed to dispose of the above stated Session trial no. 386 of 2015 within a month from the date of receipt/ production of a copy of this order. The learned

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.18991 of 2018 (3) dt.25-04-2018 2/2 Sessions Judge, Saran Chapra is too directed to ensure the compliance of order of this Court.
