2. This application has been filed for grant of regular bail arising out of Hajipur Sadar P.S. Case No. 950 of 2021, registered for the offences under Section 394 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner and other unknown criminals have looted Rs. 28,000/-.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, the petitioner is innocent and falsely been implicated in this case and he is in custody since 24.02.2023.

5. Learned APP has vehemently opposed the prayer of bail by contending that materials have come during investigation to connect the petitioner with the crime.

6. Let the petitioner, above-named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hazipur in connection with Hajipur Sadar P.S. Case No. 950 of 2021.

7. The petitioner will visit Hajipur Sadar Police Station on first and third Sunday of every month. Any default in appearance at the Police Station would result in cancellation of bail bond of the petitioner.
