JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 14-05-2018 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Ramgarhwa P.S.Case No. 161 of 2017 registered under Sections 363 and 365 of the Indian penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks bail of the petitioner on the ground of parity as the petitioner's husband, who also happens to be the father-in-law of victim said to have been missing from the house, has been admitted to anticipatory bail by co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide Cr. Misc. No. 2131 of 2018, and submits that petitioner is in custody since 05.12.2017 and husband of the victim Sunil Sahni used to live separately.

Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances and the ground of parity, the petitioner, namely , Munni Devi @

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.16128 of 2018(3) dt.14-05-2018 2/2 Murti Devi, is directed to be released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned SCJM, Raxaul at Motihari in connection with Ramgarhwa P.S.
