The petitioner is in custody since 06.07.2019 in connection with Bhagwan Bazar P.S. Case No. 265 of 2019 for the offence registered under Section 356 and 379 of the Indian Penal Code and later on Section 411 of the Indian Penal Code added.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the name of the petitioner has surfaced on the basis of the confessional statement made before the police by co-accused, namely, Monu Khan and Vikki. It is further submitted that the petitioner has no concern with the red colour motorcycle which was allegedly used in crime and so far as recovery of money is

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sonepur, Saran (Chapra) in connection with Bhagwan Bazar P.S. Case No. 265 of 2019.
