JUSTICE RAJENDRA KUMAR MISHRA ORAL ORDER 27-09-2019 This case has been listed under the heading "To Be Mentioned" on the basis of the Bench Slip submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner, flagged at 'X'. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that vide order dated 25.09.2019 passed by this Court, the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from the date of the aforesaid order, was directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Sessions-II-cum-Special Judge, Excise Act, Patna, in connection with Rupaspur Case No.365 of 2019, subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. but,

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.60878 of 2019(3) dt.27-09-2019 2/2 inadvertently, in the last paragraph of the aforesaid order dated 25.09.2019 passed by this Court, in place of 'Addl. Sessions Judge-II-cum-Special Judge, Excise Act, Patna', it was wrongly typed as 'Addl. Sessions Judge-II-cum-Special Judge, Excise Act, Sitamarhi' and prays for modification of the aforesaid order dated 25.09.2019 passed by this Court in this regard. In that view of the matter, in the last paragraph of the order dated 25.09.2019 passed by this Court, in place of 'Addl. Sessions Judge-II-cum-Special Judge, Excise Act, Sitamarhi', it be read as 'Addl. Sessions Judge-II-cum-Special Judge, Excise Act, Patna'.

The order dated 25.09.2019 passed by this Court in this case is modified to the above extent only. Let this order be communicated to the court of 'Additional Sessions Judge-II-cum-Special Judge, Excise Act, Patna, for needful.
