JUSTICE SAMARENDRA PRATAP SINGH ORAL ORDER 11-09-2015 The petitioner has assailed the impugned order cancelling his licence on number of grounds.

Learned counsel for the State submits that there is a provision of appeal.

In this view of the matter, liberty is granted to the petitioner to seek remedy of appeal. In case, if any appeal is filed before the Collector, Aurangabad, the delay in filing of the same may be condoned as the petitioner was pursuing his remedy before this Court. As the matter is an old one, it is expected that the learned Collector would dispose of the appeal within two months from the date of its filing.
