2. The petitioner is apprehending arrest in connection with Mednichowki P.S. Case No. 144 of 2023 instituted under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 379, 386, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code and under section 27 of the Arms Act lodged on 07.09.2023 by the informant, Sagar Sahni.

3. The petitioner has chosen to file second anticipatory bail application the first having been rejected in Cr. Misc. No. 21280 of 2024.

4. After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the petition with liberty to surrender before the concerned Court in four weeks.

4. If the petitioner surrenders within four weeks from today, the concerned Curt shall look into the matter without being prejudiced by any observation made herein as also in the earlier petition and pass an appropriate order preferably in course of the day.

5. With the aforesaid observation, the petition stands dismissed as withdrawn.
