The petitioner is in custody since 20.12.2017 in connection with Ghorasahan P.S. Case No. 226 of 2016 for the offence registered under Sections 392 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though he is not named in the first information report yet in the confessional statement made before the police by the co-accused his name has figured. It is further submitted that apart from the said statement there is no further material even in the case diary. Learned counsel for the State after perusal of the case diary submits that there is no further evidence in the case diary. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of

No.18299 of 2018 (4) dt.26-04-2018 the case and that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sub Divisionl Judicial Magistrate, Sikrahana at Dhaka, District East Champaran, Motihari in connection with Ghorasahan P.S. Case No. 226 of 2016.
