2. The petitioner is in custody in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

3. As per allegation in the FIR, total 80 liters of illicit liquor has been recovered from yellow colour sack.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. He next submits that nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner and petitioner is in custody since 19.07.2025 and petitioner has got clean antecedent as stated in para-3 of the petition and there is no independent witness of the

5. Learned APP for the State opposes the prayer for bail of the petitioner.

6. In view of the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Ist Exclusive Special Excise Court, Saran at Chapra in connection with Bheldi P.S. Case No. 198 of 2025.
