The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Section 364A/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegedly, the son of the informant was kidnapped by the accused persons.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. There is no allegation of tampering of witnesses alleged against the petitioner. The petitioner is in custody since 25-06-2019. Charge sheet has already been submitted. The victim has been recovered. The statement of the victim has been recorded under section 164 of the Cr.P.C. in which, he has not named the petitioner.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Sikrahna at Dhaka, Motihari, East Champaran in connection with Ghorasahan P.S. Case No. 247 of 2019.
