2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Bypass P.S. Case No. 371 of 2023, registered for the offence punishable under Section 147, 447, 341, 323, 325, 354b, 307, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 8 of the POCSO Act.

3. As per prosecution, the petitioner is ex-teacher of a minor girl. Petitioner used to harass the minor girl and used to threaten the prosecution side with death. The petitioner has assaulted the family members and the informant and his mother got injured.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the

5. Learned APP has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the aforesaid fact, this application is allowed.

7. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail after framing of charge, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Sessions Judge, 7th Patna cum Special Judge, POCSO Act in connection with Bypass P.S. Case No. 371 of 2023.

8. This is also subject to the condition that the petitioner shall mark his presence in Mehdiganj Police Station, District- Patna on first Sunday of every month, failing which, his bail bonds shall be cancelled by the court below. (Sandeep Kumar, J) Ranjeet/- U T
