2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Singheshwar P.S. Case No. 68 of 2023 registered for the offence under Sections 302 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 and Section 27 of the Arms Act and later on added Section 120(B) of the I.P.C., 1860.

3. As per the F.I.R., it is the father of the deceased that is the husband of the informant who shot and killed the deceased. In subsequent statements also informant has alleged that the deceased was killed by her husband. After more than a month she has given the statement in which she has introduced name of this petitioner and one Binod Sah, having participated

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.67755 of 2023(3) dt.07-12-2023 2/2 in the killing the informant and has alleged that the petitioner and Binod Sah were the order givers and on their order, her husband killed the deceased who is none else but the daughter of the informant.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the Petitioner is in custody since 29.05.2023.

5. Considering the aforesaid facts and the period of custody, this application for regular bail is allowed.

6. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Madhepura, DistrictMadhepura in connection with Singheshwar P.S. Case No. 68 of 2023.
