1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned APP for the State.

2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Korma P.S. Case No. 122 of 2022 dated 21.09.2022 registered for the offence(s) punishable under Section(s) 353, 427 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The main submissions advanced by the learned counsel for the petitioner are that against the petitioner, there is simple allegation of having snatched consumer list and disconnection slip from the hands of the Junior Electricity Engineer and he has also been alleged to have torn the said documents but the alleged torn documents are not the part of the FIR and the official of the electricity department has not alleged that the petitioner misbehaved or assaulted him and the

4. Learned APP appearing for the State has opposed the bail prayer.

5. Considering the above submissions and mainly taking into account petitioner's fair and clean antecedent as well as the nature of allegation appearing against him, this court is inclined to accept his anticipatory bail prayer. Accordingly, let the petitioner named-above, in the event of his arrest/surrender before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail in connection with Korma P.S. Case No. 122 of 2022 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Court concerned, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
