ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 26-04-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State. The petitioner is in custody since 13.01.2018 in connection with Charpokhari P.S. Case No.19 of 2018 registered for the offence under Sections 25(1-b)a and 26 of the Arms Act.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the alleged recovery was not made from the conscious possession of the petitioner but from a building. It is further submitted that apart from the present case, the petitioner has been implicated in only one another case.
Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case and that the alleged recovery was not made from his

No.18744 of 2018 (3) dt.26-04-2018 2/2 conscious possession, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhojpur (Ara), in connection with Charpokhari P.S. Case No.19 of 2018.
