2. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Noorsarai P.S. Case No. 370 of 2022 for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 307, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The petitioner and other accused persons are said to have assaulted the victim.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 17.05.2023. He further submits that he has falsely been implicated in this case.

5. Considering the aforesaid facts and period of custody, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the
